Your data and privacy

What we store and who sees it

We store your profile, your answers and evidence, and your scored results. Skills data is personal data and we treat it that way: your individual results are visible to you, and to your workspace managers only if you joined a workspace whose visibility arrangement you accepted at the invitation step.

Platform benchmarks are aggregates only and are never shown until enough people have completed the assessment that no individual could be identified.

Export and deletion

From your account page you can download a complete copy of your data as JSON at any time, and you can delete your account yourself: it permanently removes your profile, assessments, answers, evidence and results. No support ticket needed.
