Workspace admins and managers

Running a team workspace

Seats, invitations, the heat-map, ratings, settings and exports for workspace admins.

Setting up

Create a workspace from your dashboard, then buy seats (corporate packs start at 5 seats). One seat covers one person's full assessment plus their manager and peer ratings.

Invite people from the team dashboard: paste their email addresses, choose the job role they will be benchmarked against and their workspace access (member, manager or admin). Each invitation produces a link to send; accepting it records the person's consent and preselects their role.

The heat-map

As people complete assessments, the heat-map fills in: one row per person, one column per dimension, coloured by their result against their role. Click a person for their full profile, development priorities and PDF.

Result visibility is a workspace setting. Individual mode shows managers named results and evidence. Aggregate mode shows only team-level distributions: individual results stay private to each person, enforced at the database layer. Members always see their own full results either way.

Ratings

From a member's page you can request a manager rating (one per year) and up to two peer ratings. Raters answer the same scenarios about what they have observed the person do. Once scored, the person's results and report show self versus observed, with peer ratings averaged.

Settings, weights and exports

In settings you can rename the workspace, switch visibility mode, choose standard or deep assessments, weight the dimensions that matter most to your team, and define custom roles with their own expected levels.

Export produces an XLSX workforce report: a capability baseline per person and a training-needs summary per dimension (or distributions in aggregate mode). Admins also have an audit trail of everything that happened in the workspace.
